We design spaces to welcome you home when you’re away from home. We aim for a cosy, modern and functional look, with comfortable furniture to relax and unwind and all the amenities we have learnt to expect like smart TV with Netflix and adjustable lighting.

At Nico Living accommodations you’ll find a great space kitted to high standards, with upgraded counter tops, branded appliances including microwave and dishwasher as standard. Our kitchens are filled with more than just good taste, as we always provide the basic ingredients to cook, a welcome pack with tea, coffee, and nice nibbles to pick you up after your journey, as well as all the necessary cleaning materials like soaps, dishwasher tablets and paper towels.

Nothing better than landing on a comfortable bed at the end of a long day away from home. We provide high-comfort mattresses and hotel quality linens in all our properties, and all you need to gently switch off with a good book while your trusted devices are on charge next to you.
For those travelling with family, we’re happy to provide cot beds and high chairs if needed.
