Nico Living Property was born in 2022 and it’s based in Reading.

Nico, its founder, has been active on Reading’s real estate scene since 2020, having started as a landlord focusing on the BTL (Buy to Let) sector.

As the market evolved, Nico Living Properties was created as a business venture with ambitious goals in order to capitalise on the short term rental and SA (Serviced Accommodation) opportunities.

Founder and owner Nicolo Lettieri currently manages Nico Living Properties with the help of his family, a team of specialists and several external partners.

The objective of managing 10 properties in the Reading area was quickly surpassed by a larger one, in order to continue the growth trajectory.

Today, Nico Living Properties remains focused on expanding the portfolio of properties under its management in order to meet the demand for serviced accommodation in the areas of Reading, the wider Berkshire, Buckinghamshire as well as Oxfordshire.

Nico Living Properties focuses on catering to the accommodation needs of a wide variety of guests, focussing mainly on contractors, consultants and business travellers.
